Our Beginners Pilates class is perfect place to start. Sure you can always just jump into the group classes at our group studio, but our small format beginner classes are the perfect place to start and get familiar with Pilates exercises and equipment. This class is done on Pilates Equipment like our Reformers and Cadillac/Towers. Pilates Equipment is a sophisticated system of springs, straps, bars and pulleys.
Pilates equipment, works in two ways: It activates secondary muscles to aid the body on its path to health while you work towards efficient movement patterns, and it can also provide resistance to build strong muscles and bones.
Learn the foundation in a comfortable setting with other beginners!
No experience is necessary for beginners; equipment adjustment and changes are explained and demonstrated throughout the class. Bring your water and your body!
