This class features zero impact jumping along with added High-intensity interval training (HIIT) to keep your heart rate up. You will leave this class smiling and sweating! A jumping platform is placed on the end of the reformer and the Instructor will take you through a series of movements to get your heart rate up. The benefit of jumping on the reformer is that it is lower impact than jumping on the ground or floor and much healthier for your joints. Not a beginner’s class, please speak to an Instructor to discuss whether this class is a good fit for you at the present time.
This class not only targets all the different leg muscles and core abdominals while jumping, but also increases spinal stability, arm and back strength and ends with a full body stretch series.
