Mary’s classes have been loved by her clients for nearly 5 years at 5 Elements! Her classes are fast paced and move through numerous exercises with limited spring changes. This class is for those who have Pilates experience (not 1 or 2 classes or sessions) and are ready for a workout. Cadillacs, Reformers, Chairs, Props and Corework!
